How long does my order take to ship?

Most of our products are made to order, and crafting each piece takes time and care—typically a few days. Once your order is ready, we ship using USPS standard flat-rate shipping, so you can expect it to arrive promptly after that.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We currently don’t offer international shipping, as each country has different shipping and customs regulations. However, we hope to explore this option in the future!

What is your return policy? 

Because each item is handmade and often customized, we’re unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction means the world to us—if there’s an issue with your order, we’re happy to make it right at no additional cost.
