One side of this necklace has 51 beads, while the other has 53, symbolic for Psalm 51 and Isaiah 53 respectively. The dark wood is a dark palm wood symbolic of the Easter palm branches welcoming Jesus into Jerusalem (John 12:13) and the palm branches held by the multitudes in heaven (Revelation 7:9).
